Assignment 1: Task 1
Warm-ups The two warm-ups I will be talking about are called 'the human knot' and 'what are you doing?'. The aim of 'the knot' is to split into two small circles and everyone walk into the middle and link both your hands with two different people. After that the aim is to try and untie everyone in your group before the other circle. The purpose of this task to help with communication skills with different or newer people as you have to communicate to help one another get out the knot, the warm-up also gives everyone a clear understanding of who the leader of the group is going to be as they will normally be the person to first and talk the most. What I've learnt from this warm-up is how to communicate more to newer people that I've just met and haven't really spoke to which also helps boost my confidence. The aim of 'what are you doing?' is to get into a circle or two (depending on how many of you there is) and one person goes into the circ
